New Layout: Add PDF to Welcome page

    Can I add a pdf into the welcome page on the old version form or even on the new version?

    It is not currently possible to add PDF file to the Welcome page. If it is a link, you can add it to any other page though by adding a Text field to your form. Please see below.

    May we know the PDF file you are trying to add and why you specifically want it in the Welcome page?
