In my form, I use youcanbook.me to schedule an appointment. Once the appointment is scheduled, there is a "Next" on page 2 but the "Next" doesn't appear on mobile devices and they don't move into page three which contains my purchasing portion through authorize.net

I checked your form on my phone and I was able to replicate this problem, but for me, there is a next button showing:
But the button is different than the one showing on normal view. And after clicking it, the same page is opening.
So could you please try re-embedding your form by using the below iFrame code:
