Issue when it gets to paypal payment platform, all info is lost

    Two of us have had the same issue - mostly when we get to paypal platform (2 successful, 2 NOT successful)

     

    On the very last screen when it's time to pay for registration 2 people received a message that "things didn't work - try again later" and it automatically ended the session. There doesn't seem to be a way to get back in or sign in and re-enter the reg process at the final step. It seems like all of the info that was entered has been lost and that people need to start over again. 

    How can we fix this quickly??  as we are expecting another 100 people to sign up in the next 24-48 hours?

    I tried to submit you form several times but I was redirected to PayPal properly. I am not able to replicate the issue. Can you please send us a screenshot of the issue you encountered?
