    After filling out my form, I hit the submit button and the form does not submit. I get an error on the next page saying "The webpage at https://submit.jotform.us/submit/72186459932164/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

    I've been getting this message for the past week. Could you please help?

    Thank you,

    Please try re-saving the form in the form builder. After that, clear your forms cache (https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache). See if this helps. Note that to re-save, just try to rename a label or do anything and just revert it back. There is an auto save in the form builder that does it automatically.

    Also, please try the following form URL.

    Note that I have tested the form and I was able to submit it without any issues;

    Hi Welvin,

    I cleared my forms cache and even cleared my internet browser cache. I even created a brand new form as a tester with the only submission being First and Last Name, and I got the same error message. The additional links you provided also yielded the same error message "This Page Can't be Displayed."

    Any other advice to help resolve this? I've also tried submitting my form via Chrome, Internet Explorer, and iPad. All are giving me the same error message.

    I did receive your response though.

    Here is what I'm getting on my end when trying to submit my forms.

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you, I have made a test submission directly to your form and like my colleague, Welvin, I was not able to reproduce the issue you described. I have also asked one of our colleagues that is in the same region as you and there were no issues on his end, too.

    You've mentioned that the issue is present with every browser you tried to make a test submission and we can only assume now that this is not a browser related issue. Since based on your screenshot there is something that's preventing the form from being submitted, I suggest:

    1. You check the network you are connected to — if possible, please try switching to a different network.

    2. Please check your device's firewall permissions as well and make sure submit.jotform.us is not blocked.

    3. And lastly, check your device's anti-virus and how it is setup.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
