All States and Cities widget does not work on mobile browser

    Hello, 

    I only want the United States to show in the pull down for the "country" when completing the form online, it does show only US, but when you pull it up on a phone, all the countries are in there. Any advice?

    I was able to see the issue when I test your form on mobile browser. All countries shows on the widget when using phone browser.

    This seems to be a glitch on the widget. I have submitted a bug ticket report to the higher team support so they can check and fix.

    An alternative you can use since you only need US states to show, then use the US States Picker widget instead. link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/us_state_picker

    Does that also offer City Selection after choosing the state?

    Unfortunately, there is no City selection in the US State Picker widget. This widget shows the list of all States in the US.
