I am building a website with Adobe Muse. I want the audience to take a survey. I have created a survey page on the site. I just saw a tutorial on how to put the form on the page. Can you explain to me what happens after someone fills out the form. I assume they click submit, then what?

Yes, the form needs to be submitted. After that, you will receive a confirmation email about it. The user will also receive the autoresponder email. But assuming that you all have this set up in the form.

You can also access the list of submissions in the form by viewing the form submissions page. Here's a guide to do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
