We have Square integrated for our payment method, but when someone registers, it simply says "Custom Payment", instead of naming what the registration is. Is there any way to alter that so that my bookkeeper knows how to allocate those transactions?

Unfortunately, Square does not accept custom fields so far, you can only pass over the customer's email address through the payment:
Also, the payment currently appears as "Custom Payment" since that's how the Square interprets payments made through their API.
However, rest assured that our developers will update the current integration as soon as they accept custom information to be passed through their API or accept the product name to be passed too.
