I've just recreated my website on a responsive template and when testing my Contact Us form, it is being branded by JotForm on the Submit confirmation. I don't see anywhere on the site that you do this, and I don't remember it from using JotForm for the last many years. How do I get rid of it? It certainly doesn't look very professional on a ecommerce website! I do understand you have to pay the bills and I'm using the free tier, but I didn't know you did this. Thank you.

The branding option was added this year. I am sorry to inform you, but it cannot be disabled on free accounts. The option is located under account settings and can be disabled after the upgrade to one of our paid plans.
