How to pass data from one form to another?

Hello, 

I have this form asking for name and email:
https://form.jotform.us/72257009238153

On the thank-you page, I'm having users click the following to go to the next form:

https://form.jotform.us/72156241538152?session={email}&name[first]={name:first}&name[last]={name:last}&email={email}

The email and name field appears after a couple of page breaks, but it appears blank. Can I get it to automatically fill in? I've tried not adding the fields (hoping the value would be passed behind the scenes) but then the email auto responder doesn't work.

I have checked the link you have provided as well as the forms, I noticed the names used for the main form are not correct, please try using the following link: 

https://form.jotform.us/72156241538152?session={email}&pleaseConfirm[first]={name:first}&pleaseConfirm[last]={name:last}&pleaseConfirm23={email} 

Please make sure to update the link on your Thank You Page and emails. 

It worked on my end, example:

https://form.jotform.us/72156241538152?session=support@jotform.com&pleaseConfirm[first]=JotForm&pleaseConfirm[last]=JotForm&pleaseConfirm23=support@jotform.com
