    Hi there, you have indicated that you have disabled my acount becuase I have used up 20 submissions however, in all the information I have reviewed the free account allows 100 submisssions. Please advise. thanks!

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused and thank you for contacting us regarding on this case.

    Upon checking your email address: info@stork**********.com, I found out that this emaill address associated to guest account with 3 forms inside (Belly Buttons Monthly Contest, Stork & Stroller Show Inquiry, Title Me). Is this the account that you are referring? If yes, this account temporarily disabled due to exceeding the submission limits for guest account. I suggest, that you will register to our free account wich allow you to submit 100 submissions per month, including 10 SSL Secured Submission and allows you to received 10 payments per month. Make sure that when you register to FREE account, use the same email address that you've used into your guest account so that all your forms and data would automatically transferred to your free account.
