I have controlled your account. I saw that you upgraded your account to bronze yearly on 3/8/2016. But you didn't renew it. Payment gateway that you used gave us an error. Actually, your account would be free because of this. But I will not change your account status because of your form counts and submissions.
You need to upgrade your account again. If you don't, your account status will be free and free form limits will be applied.

How are you trying to make subscription payment? Are you paying through credit card or sending it through wire transfer? Your last subscription payment for bronze yearly subscription payment was sent through wire transfer.
