I am using a form to sell ads in our annual choir program. There are a variety of different sized available as well as the inside front cover and inside/outside back cover. Each of these 3 items can only be sold once and once it's sold it is no longer available.
Is there a way to mark the item as SOLD or take it off of the form once it is sold? I am using PayPal as a payment processor but am willing to switch to another.
The ads on the interior pages have no limit as to how many can be sold.
Thanks!
Mark

It is possible to limit the number of times a product can be selected by using Inventory widgets for your products. The following guide under the "Implementing stock limit option section" has the specific setup required for doing so:

You can use our widget like Inventory, Gift Registry or Ticket Purchase widgets.I used a ticket purchase widget in my example.
1. Add "Ticket Purchase widget"
For example:Bravo costs $40 each and has 50 stocks left - Charlie is at $50 each with 100 stocks left.
2.Add "Form Calculation widget"
ticket type = the price of the selected product from the Ticket Purchase widget.
How do you want to calculate the fee,You can do calculate the way you want.
3.Add "Payments"You can choose the appropriate form of payment from this area.
4.To do this, set your payment field's Payment Type to User Defined Amount > then point Get Price From to the Calculation Widget.
