I don't know why it says I can't sign in, I use the same password for everything. Also, I asked to send me reset password instructions and I received nothing.

It seems you have only a guest account which is related to this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Because of this reason, you cannot get any instructions about resetting the password. Please click on the "Sign Up" button and then fill the fields in order to create a Jotform account.
