¿Puedo limitar la selección a determinado número?

Estoy construyendo un formulario para priorizar de 22 preguntas únicamente 5. ¿Puedo limitar el número de selección a 5 opciones de la lista? 

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. I see that you have about 24 questions on the form. Do you mean to display 5 questions per page or only 5 questions based on the answers selected?
