Hello, I have a huge issue with our Form. We use this form on Prestige Cruz's website, however when people tend to fill out the application on an iphone, it instantly reloads the website saying a problem has occurred. Also, when customers use an iPhone to fill it out, it refuses to type a single letter despite registering. Please fix this out ASAP. Also, why is there NO PHONE NUMBER FOR SUPPORT, a key for a successful business JotForm.
**REMEMBER, THIS IS THE MOBILE SIDE, NOT DESKTOP. ISSUE RELATES TO iPhone USERS ATTEMPTING TO FILL THE APPLICATION, WHICH DENIES ADDING INFO AND CRASHES PAGE!!**

Unfortunately, we are not offering telephone support at the moment. Please be noted that this support forum is our primary support. Also, screenshots can be shared through the posts and the threads can be forwarded to our backend for any unresolved issues which cannot be done over telephone support.
I have checked your web page on an iPhone 6s Plus emulator and see that it is working fine at my end. Please see the screencast below:
Could you let us know which iPhone model that you are using so that we can check it further? Also, I'll check if any of our colleagues having iPhone to see if they can replicate the issue.
