Why are my notifiations incomplete?

    I am getting notifications with just the names of people when the email and phone number are also required.

     

    Why are the those submission coming through?

    Hi and thanks for contacting us.

     

    Maybe you've created email notification before your form is completed.

     

    Email notification body isn't dynamic.

     

    I may suggest you to delete current email notification and create it again.

     

    Please let us know if you need further assistance or in need of further clarification on this matter.

    I got 5 submissions and they all only had the first name and business name. Nothing else. I tested the for myself and the submission was correct. All of the submission were from a diffent IP. I think I lost client inquiries.

     

    I just received another for that only has the first name and business name. What is happening?

    As far as I can see, you have correct field {tags} in your Email Notification now. I think that the problem is solved, but please monitor your new applications to see if the issue still persists.

    Now I realize that some submissions went through without required fields.

    Do you have the http://www.jotform.us/form/22335047516146 form embed somewhere? If yes, the problem may be related to some script conflict. To solve these conflicts, you can use an iFrame embedding option.

    Sorry but none of these responses have resoved my problem :( 

    Most of my submission have only a name and it looks like the business name is being duplicated. The require field for email is not included in either. I have tested the form my self for links in different locations and the form works fine.

    The form is not embeded. I'm using the link. Most of the inquiries are coming from Craigslist. Could there be some robot scamming problem???

    To my understanding, there are only 2 required fields on the form you mentioned on this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/122406-Problem-with-receiving-submissions#2 and as explained, this is the reason to be able to skip other information/data from the form.

    If you want the other fields to be forcely included in the submissions, then make them a required field also.
