I have a small pressure washing business that I built a simple web site for with adobe muse. I used the built in widget to create a contact form that emails me. Muse doesn't have a built in picture (File) upload feature. Can you help? How much would it cost?Page URL:

I understand that you don't have an account here in Jotform yet and you are looking for a way to create a Contact Form outside Adobe Muse that has the ability to collect uploaded pictures.
If you want to create a File Upload Form, I would suggest you check out this guide — How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms

You will also have a way of downloading the uploaded files in your form.

Once you have created your form, you can already have it added/embedded on your Adobe Muse website — Adding-Form-to-Adobe-Muse
As for the price of our plan subscriptions, I would suggest you check our pricing page to see which plan would be best for you based on your requirements. https://www.jotform.com/pricing

@Fasmwa, thank you for your suggestion.
@Sam Turrentine, you may also add some available upload widgets on your form such as Image Upload Preview, Drag and Drop Upload, Kloudless File Uploader, Uploadcare File Uploader, etc. which will allow your users to upload images.
