Can I embed an HTML snippet on a Jotform?

We use Membership Works to collect signups for a member directory we use. We want to host the signup snippet on a Jotform we can send out. Is there a way to embed the necessary HTML code snippet for our new member signup somewhere on a JotForm to allow our members to sign up from the Jotform link?

Not sure if this makes sense, but it's the best way I know how to describe it. Any help would be appreciated.

You can add HTML to "Text" fields:

This allows for inserting hyperlinks and such.  Scripts cannot be added to forms but basic HTML can.
