The email notification doesn't seem to auto populate the credit card or check form information. (the info from either widget). How do I get that to populate?

You will not see the credit card information, because we do not allow collecting credit card information: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use
The credit card information is securely transferred to the payment gateway you have integrated your form with.
