Hi - I have been trying to follow other threads on this error code. I have tried to make the corrections that others suggested including requesting a new transaction key from Authorize.net. The integration wizard shows that the transaction key and API credentials are verified but am still getting this error code. The form is located at:

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form's Authorize.net Integration and did not find any issue with that. You have configured Authorize.net Integration correctly and it should work fine. It seems the credit card which you are using submit payment is being declined by Authorize.net.
I would suggest you to please use some other credit card to submit your form and see if it works as expected.
If the issue persists, I would also suggest you to please enable sandbox in Authorize.net Integration and then we will test if the integration with test credit card works fine. Thanks for your response! I am waiting for the client to verify that it's working for them. I will check out the link about sandbox mode for Authorize.net and let you know if I need assistance.
