How do I remove the "Please run the wizard" text from my form?

May we know which form you are referring to which has that message?

The "Please run the wizard" is either from an old or outdated widget or from a widget that is not properly setup. You should be able to select it and click the "Remove" or "Delete" button if you do not wish to use those fields. Or to complete their setup, simply click the wizard or wand icon and complete it there.
