Hi there,
We're looking at upgrading our account and I know that you offer a generous not for profit discount which is great!
I'm nervous though how that process works in terms of taking the discount off the upgrade price? Is the difference refunded to us when we sign up and pay?
Or is there another way to apply the discount before we create a paid account please?

Yes, we encourage our users to apply for the discount first before proceeding to upgrade their account. You can find the application form on this page — https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/
Once approved, you will be able to see the prices of our paid plan subscriptions at 50% off on our pricing page (https://www.jotform.com/pricing) or on the billing section of your account (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing)
