I wish to cancel the upgrade to the silver account. It was discounted the annual amount and I can pay only monthly.

Upon your request, I have gone ahead and switched your subscription to silver monthly subscription plan. I have also processed the prorated refund for your last subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
