If you were referring to the color of the Notification email, then here is how to do that:
1) Edit your Notifier and click Source code:
2) Search there for the field you want to adjust and just change the color:
Just search for field name and place the color in bgcolor tag.
Let us know if you had something else in mind.
Thank you!

You can adjust the border in the same email editor:
And adjust the size, color etc there:
To access that menu, you just have to click the table in the email notifier.
If you need any further assistance please let us know.

If you want your changes to be permanent you need to disable the Update Email setting. Do that first then try editing your email template:

Please try following the last instruction I sent and set it like this:
1) In general section set the border to be 2 (that is the thickness):
2) And in Advanced set the color to be black:
It should look like this:
If you want we can set this up for you as well.
Let us know how it worked.
Thank you!

On which form are you working on? Is it this one: http://www.jotformz.com/form/72153856027659?
Here is a screencast of how to do it:
I checked the above form but I didn't see the settings applied.
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

I see no other way to test it within the email template editor.
You just need to put the number and click OK button to get the new preview on how the border will look. The higher the number, the thicker the border will be.
