The forms and submissions are transmitted securely with a 256-bit high-grade encryption. All of the submissions are using SSL. It means that the data is encrypted during the transmission and cannot be interrupted by anyone else. We have an SSL certificate that uses SHA256 /w RSA. You can visit this link to check it: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=secure.jotform.com

You can also enable the Encryption Data to your form. Only with a Private Key can view the submissions data. For more information, please visit this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

We also added a new security layer to make your file uploads more secure. You can learn more about it on this blog post: https://www.jotform.com/blog/259-Keeping-Your-Uploads-Secure

Please check our terms of use before collecting sensitive information. Here's the link: http://www.jotform.com/terms/

If you have any specific questions about security, please let us know. Thank you.
