You can change the Subscription Period to Monthly. See image below:

This does not solve the ordering issue that I am seeing....see the 2 screenshots.
The options cannot be re-ordered in Jotform
I am thinking when I create these in PROD Braintree then I will just create them in the Order that I want them to appear...

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the order of the subscriptions as they are taken from your Braintree account.
We could forward this to our second level as feature request if you want; however, we cannot provide an ETA or ensure this will be implemented, but if you decide to get this forwarded, we would let you know as soon as we get any update about it.
