I logged in and a window popped up stating that my email is in your bounce list and asked for a change in email address.The email is still valid.

Generally, the email addresses are added to the bounce list when the emails sent are failing repeatedly due to any reason. As I check your email address in our bounce list, I see that it is listed for the following reason.
smtp; 554-usmail2.ihsmarkit.com 554 Your access to this mail
I have now removed the email address from the bounce list and you should be receiving the notifications without any issue from now. Also, please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.
