    Why did Jotform disappear from my google website?

    I have received about 20 submissions and I was expecting more from the students in my classes. However, one of mybstudents told me that the jotform gadget was blank on my website. And this happened after severalnsuccessful submissions from about 20 of my students. After loggin onto jotform.com, I saw a message stating that my account s full. I have the free account which allows me 100 submissions per month. How can I be almost full? And my SSL usage was 13 out of 10. What does this mean? Please, help! Kristine

    Hi Kristine,

    I have now re-activated your account and reseted your ssl submissions. Please note that we can only do this once.

    Your account was temporarily disabled due to overlimit. Free accounts are limited up to 10 SSL (secure submissions) per month, you currently have 13 SSL submissions which passses the SSL limits. This is the reason why your account was temporarily disabled. But, it should be fine now.

    To avoid this from happening again, please re-embed your form using iframe code without ticking the secure box. Here's a full guide on how to STOP SSL on google site: https://www.jotform.com/answers/82981-SSL-submissions-over-quota#83900
