    With Mozilla Firefox, I get a security error:

    Your connection is not secure

    The owner of form.jotform.us has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

    Advanced:

    form.jotform.us uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates. An additional root certificate may need to be imported. Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

    Could you please try embedding your form using this URL: https://www.jotform.com/70874680470159

    Using a different JotForm domain should help you to get your from working as expected, here is also a sample code:

    <iframe

            id="JotFormIFrame"

            onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"

            allowtransparency="true"

            src="https://www.jotform.com/70874680470159"

            frameborder="0"

            style="width:100%;

            height:6806px;

            border:none;"

            scrolling="yes">

          </iframe>

    You may need to change the form's height according to your form.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    We are having the exact same issue at the University of Georgia.  We use these forms for on campus users on UGA's network and starting today the forms will not work and pop a "security certificate issue with jot form".

    Hey,

    We don't have any issue with our certificates.

    Could you please contact with your IT department to check

    your local certificates on your computer?

    Thanks!
