It seems I have reached limit of 5 forms but I only have 1 form.

I have not used any templates or saved any templates yet, so how have I already met my limit of 5?  I am trying to figure out how to use this, but cannot get past the template search.

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You have created only one form and its well within the limit. Please check the screenshot below:

It seems you are currently not logged in to your JotForm account. I would suggest you to please sign in to your JotForm account "bonitz" and see if you continue to get the warning message.
