All the forms for my client are inactive and I don't know why I can't log in because the account is now suspended and I don't know why? I need this to be fixed ASAP. the client business name is dish creative cuisine.

You account was flagged due to requesting social security numbers through one of your forms. The usage does look legitimate so I whitelisted the form and activated your account.
We do highly recommend using encrypted form data when collecting sensitive data like social security numbers:
