Why does the form display ''Form over quota'' ?

    Hello Jot.Form support.

    We received the notification yesterday "Form Over Quota". My account showed I was currently on the FREE plan subscription. We did an upgrade to BRONZE yesterday and submissions proceeded. We have confirmation the BRONZE upgrade was processed. Now this afternoon we received the "Form Over Quota" again. My account is still currently showing that I'm on the FREE plan subscription. 

    My form title is TransTrack 3.0

    I have checked your account and found that you are a sub-account user, with the parent account bemuse being the account that is facing the issue.
