How can I complete the form with information that does not change?

after I create the form is there a way to have some information in the fields defaulted in? 

the description field, customer, qty. etc.

Each field has the option to set a default value.  This is usually under the "Advanced" tab for the fields options:

It is also possible to pre-populate the form using URL parameters:

This allows for populating the form without having to set default values.
