I specified the email address of the recipient of submitted forms in the allocated space on the 'envelope' form (bottom right position). When I send a test email it works, but when I submit a form from my website, I dont get any email to notify me. Do I still miss something?

Which of your 4 forms are you having this problem with?
It would also be useful to get a URL of the website where it is being hosted.

after checked your email notification's settings I can see that email will be sent to three email addresses: firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our mail log inform us that email was sent succesfully to this email addresses except to email@example.com that rejected our mail.

I did a test and it seems to be rejected by your mail service provider for iafrica.com, as stated by Italytech: 451 Temporary Policy Rejection - Please try later
Please try to contact your service provider for iafrica.com and have these IPs whitelisted:
As soon as the IPs has been added, please do let us know so we can verify if this solution fixes your problem.

Thanks for the reply. I will ask iafrica.com to whitelist the ip's you mentioned. I dont know where the firstname.lastname@example.org is coming from - I have not specified that at all. Is it possible that you can delete it from the list, please?

There was a miscommunication between me and Italytech when both of us were doing each our own investigation on your issue. The email address you mentioned is mine when I was testing your form. I also have removed it immediately after the test.
