I want to cancel my account as we have not used JotForm for several month as we have moved to an other system.
Please credit outstanding invoice and close the account.
Any data on the account you can delete as well please.

I have checked your account and noticed the last payment was on August 16, 2016 for a storage yearly plan.
The subscription was supposed to be renewed today, but it failed so there is not any charge processed at this time.
I have already cancelled your subscription and deleted your account, please if you have any question, let us know.
