Unable to upload the photo in the Thank You Page

in my new form , Intern feedback survey , i m trying to edit the Thank you
page for an hour now and it is not letting me, it keep showing the last
question . I m trying to upload the same photo i have on the other form
Consent so it ll be all the same

I cloned your form and I created a condition that whenever the Name field is filled it will show a custom Thank You Page with the same photo from the other form.

Here's a screen animation guide:

1. Open your form and go to the Settings section.
2. Select the Conditions tab and create a Change the Thank You Page condition.
3. The condition is IF the Name field is filled then DO display the custom Thank You page.

4. Upload the photo and click the Save button.
