I am not able to receive an notification email when someone filled my form. It did work yesterday.  Could you please help me to check the problem?  Many thanks.

I have checked your email recipient and noticed the emails are sending without any problem, the address is not in our bounce list which is one of the reasons about why the email notifications are not received.

I have however noticed that you have selected one of the widgets on your form as the "Reply-to" address, this may have caused your emails to end up in the spam/junk folder. I would recommend you to please either add an email field to your form and ask your users for their email address or set a fixed email address on the email field, then use this email field in the "Reply-to" section.

If you find the emails in the spam/junk, please remove them and mark the JotForm senders as safe or add them to your contacts list, this will avoid future emails to skip the inbox.

If you keep experiencing issues with your emails, please try setting up a custom sender using the SMTP method, this guide will help you with that: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    I hope this helps.
