Hi. I have some issues with my company's account and an inability to log in.
the email used is Info@alertprint.com.au
I have previously tried to log back into this account, but received no emails about password recovery. and after some forther testing. Have found out the email is on a bounce list.
On top of this I was able to make a new account with this email supplied.
I am unable to get back to the old account because no one has the password of the original account
The forms used are on http://alertprint.com.au/index.html if this is any assistance.
Also. We have not been receiving notifications about entries into our forms (could this be to do with the 'bounce list') Please get back to me as soon as possible, thank you.

The form that is embedded on the webpage you provided was created in the account AlertPrint. The email address of that account is firstname.lastname@example.org.
The password reset email was successfully sent to mentioned email address. However, the reset code expired and you need to issue a reset request again.
I also checked and mentioned email address is not on a bounce list.
The email address email@example.com is also set as the recipient email address of the email Notification. All recent emails were successfully sent. You can check the email logs on your account.
