New limits after upgrading the account is not showing on the account

    Hello i have upgraded my account and it still has not changed my views. 

     

    the add needs to be removed and my amount f views must be up, but nothing has changed. 

     

    i went through the payment and upgraded to the 19$ a month plan. 

     

    why is it not active yet? 

     

    does it take a while or is it instant?
