Registrations do not work

It seems like one of our registration forms suddenly is not working. We have tried several times to register from different users, but none of the submissions are registeret.

Do you get any error message when you submit your form? I did test your form and I was able to submit it successfully. Thank you message was also displayed correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

Hi. Everything works fine now :) It was the backend that tdid not update properly. Probably just a delay or bug in backend? Ok now :) Thanks for helping out.
