Not all the answers shown in PDF submissions file

Hi,

I've built quite a big form and when I try to download all the submissions in PDF file, there are answers missing. All the fields are checked in the settings. Also Auto Hide empty fields is chekced.

Any ideas what could be wrong? :)

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

If "Auto-hide empty fields" are disabled form your form's submission page, downloaded submission PDF will display empty fields as well. I did check your form and the "Auto-hide empty fields" is enabled and that is the reason why empty fields are not being displayed. Please check the screenshot below:

 

Do you mean to say that even if the field has value, submission PDF is not displaying those fields?

Have you customized your form's submission PDF template? If yes, I would suggest you to please reset the PDF template and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below how to reset PDF template:
