I have seen the video that uses 'Form Collapse' but I cannot any such option in my Jotform elements?
I want users who access a code to see only the title of the form until they enter a code and then the rest of the form appears for them to freely use.
Thanks in advance
Tom

As I understood, you need a password protected to prevent your form is filled by other users who are not allowed. In other words, If you want your form to be filled by the persons only who knows the password, you can do it by following below steps.
In the menatime, if you write password keyword to this field, your form will be detected by phisihing detector and your account can be suspended. So, try to use code keyword instead of password.
1. Add a "Short Text Entry" from Form Elements and add a new page to your form and include the other fields you want to the second page.
2. By using sho/hide condition logic, you will be able to hide or shot next button according to your user entry. So, Go to Settings>Conditions and click "Show/Hide Field" condition.
3. Fill it as following then save. After these steps, only if the user enters the right value, s/he can access the Next button and page.
You can find more detail about this at following user guide: How to Show or Hide Fields
If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask,

This does not help as I have added a page break just below the code field, hidden the Next button and and try to set up a condition on the code field such as if Code = XYZ then show/enable Next button but the Next button is not available as a choice.

What is the form where you have tried this workaround?

First of all, make the next button visible:
Then, create a condition like this: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
