We didn't think this would happen, but we are close to our 100 allowed submissions. We are at 97 right now.
What will happen to the submissions that exceed 100. Will the sender be notified that their submission didn't go through? Can you let me know as soon as possible. There are 4 forms on line, just one is shown below.

You've almost hit the limit. When that time comes your forms will be disabled and you will no longer be receiving submissions. You can either upgrade the account to a paid plan to keep it working or wait for the montly reset which is scheduled on every 1st of the month.
To upgrade an account simply go to Account Settings and a upgrade button is visible.

Can we pay by the month? Or does it have to be a larger period of time?

Yes, it's possible to pay by the month as Jotform is a monthly subscription service. The best thing is you may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service at any time.
