I forgot my email and password

Esqueci a senha de desbloqueio e alertei o reset, depois disso fiquei sem internet e não consigo conectar, o tablet me pede para entrar com e-mail e senha e quando eu coloco diz estar errado, já redefini a senha é mesmo assim diz estar errado, como faço para voltar a usar meu tablet?
