Accidently combined forms

Good morning,

When I sent out my form this year, I did not create a new one.  So I have all of last years submissions.  Is there a way I can move either this years or last years to a different form?

Are you planning to transfer the form submissions to another form? If yes, then you can use the Import Tool App.

Please take note that you need to export the submissions first to a CSV or Excel file from the first form. After that, you can upload the CSV or Excel file to the second form using the Import Tool App. Here's the link: https://import.jotform.io/
