can you help me with subtotal boxes?

I have added quantity selector boxes to an order form but no matter how many items are indicated, the form only charges for one item. I am also unable to correctly use subtotal boxes on the form to show that if someone orders a quantity of any item they are being charged the correct price. 

Please enable the sub-total options, and set the quantity to be a Dropdown field:

Also, you may enable the "Show Total Price on the Form" option from the Additional Gateway Settings:
