How can I create a form with continous page rather than one page each question?

I'd like for the form to flow so that a user would answer and scroll down then submit at the end rather than submitting after each question to get to the next question.

You can choose what Form Layout you want to use in the Form Settings page of the form. To do that, please follow this guide:

1. Log in to your account, select the form and click the Edit Form.
2. Go to the Settings section and select the Form Settings tab.
3. Click the Show More Options button.
4. In the Form Layout, change it to Legacy Form Layout.
