Removing the branding on a sub-user account

Hi,

I am set up as a sub user of my company's account (itnmark).  I have set up some forms and embedded them into our website but the JotForm branding is still showing despite us having a Silver account, which should allow us to remove it.

Can you have a look into this for me?

I believe you are referring to this form (Schools Testimonial form). This form belongs to your account (JaneNethercott) which is under the Free plan.

You need to transfer the form ownership to the main account so that the footer will not appear. In My Forms page, just drag the form to the Shared folder to transfer the ownership. Here's a screen capture:
