I do not receive my notification emails

    There have been multiple times throughout the past 4-6 weeks that I did not receive the notification email that I have set for my form.   I have received the message about choosing to allow my email.  For some reason my email keeps being added to the 'block list'  Please remove my email from the block list.  I have selected this option multiple (3+ times) and it keeps coming up.  my email is klett@pennstatehealth.psu.edu.

    Please make sure to check your spam folder, it could be one of our notifications ended up there, and that is causing the bouncing issues. If you find any, mark it as NOT SPAM.

    Also, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
