I received a response back to my submitted question but it did not solve the issue. I need someone to tell me WHY the search functions are now disabled in my list of submissions. I am quite aware I can see ALL the submissions when there is nothing entered in the Search bar and that I can scroll page by page by page.
My issue is that the search filters are not working! I used to be able to search by multiple criteria: Date, Carrier #, or FREIGHT BILL # for example. Now when I type any data into the Search bar, the data will not pull. It USED to. It worked fine yesterday. What has changed? I have clicked on the SETTINGS wheel on our forms and it should be pulling all submissions and allowing me to filter by date, carrier number, Freight Bill #, or any of the other fields listed. I need to be able to filter by the different headings as we have been doing for the last 4 months or this program will not work for us.
Is there a phone number I can call for assistance?

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
I have been testing and I was unable to replicate the mentioned issue on my end; however, I will forward this thread to our second level so this can be further investigated, we will let you know as soon as we receive any update.

I am having the same problem for the last 4 hours. PLEASE fix this We have 13,000 records that need to be grouped according to the search box criteria.

My workaround has been to export ALL submissions into Excel, where I can sort, filter, find, etc...... I am DREADING the part where I have to manually grab PDF'S and put them in order by hand.

We are currently doing some database maintenance that is requiring disabling some search functionality in the submission page for larger data sets. As far as I know, this should be restored tomorrow at the latest.
